How much will it cost to clean my home?

It varies from home to home. For this reason we prefer to meet with you at your home so we can provide you with a more accurate estimate. Although, if you are ready to book an appointment for your first cleaning now, we can give you a rough estimate over the phone based on the square footage, condition of home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the scope of work. How long will a home cleaning take?

Cleaning time varies from home to home depending on the size, condition and scope of work. We typically send a team of 1-3 technicians to your home and can clean most homes in less than 4 hours. Call us to discuss your cleaning needs.

How often should my home be cleaned?

This is entirely up to you. Most clients choose to have their house cleaned weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. We are also available for seasonal cleans, one time detail cleanings, pre-party/post party cleanings, move-in/move-out cleaning, construction cleans, special events, etc. What equipment and cleaning products do you use? Do I have to supply you with anything? We pride ourselves on the ability to provide a completely chemical free cleaning process. We use industrial vapor steamers to clean, sanitize and disinfect. We use four-layer HEPA filter vacuums to remove even the tiniest micron-sized dirt, dust and debris. We use a color-coded micro fiber cloth system; both to avoid cross contamination and for superior cleaning. We also use several chemical-free cleaning solutions made at our facility. We bring everything required to give your home a green, chemical free cleaning from top to bottom. Additionally, we are pleased to accommodate requests for the use of specific cleaning products (bleach, stainless steel cleaners, oven cleaners, etc.).

Will I have the same cleaning technicians on each visit?

We try to schedule the same team members on each visit but we cannot guarantee that you will always see the same team members.

Do I have to do anything to prepare for the cleaning service?

For the best results please try to have all loose items stored away…other than that, just get ready to relax and have your cleaning needs met, without you having to lift a finger.

Do I have to be home during the cleaning service?

No, it is not necessary for you to be home while our technicians are cleaning.

What if I have a pet or pets?

Please inform us prior to service if you have pets; what kind, how many, and where we can expect to find them. Our goal is to keep the pets safe and happy while we are there.

What if I need to reschedule my cleaning service?

We are flexible with issues that arise regarding scheduling. Please notify our office 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning time and inform us of a time that works better for you. We always try our best to accommodate your scheduling needs. Feel free to call us at 561-891-1300.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment is due upon completion of cleaning service. You can leave payment with the cleaning technician, send a check by mail or call the office with a credit card number, whichever method works for you!
